Ok, 6th day IF done. Able to wait to 8.30am before breaking fast in Bau. Felt really full and the feeling lasted to the next IF that also began late, 3pm, because driving back from Lundu.
Happy with small victories saying no to food. Also find me feeling full longer and not wanting to eat bigger portions. Happy.
Some ache/pain in abdomen area. Hope it is stomach adjusting or fat disappearing and not some unwanted . . .
Acid test will be weight loss though. 72kg is the holy grail.
