7 one week done

One week IF done.
Feel thinner and feel like bulging stomach less bulging . . .

Started day 8 around 3 and around 4 something welcomed friends to the farm and helped them pick rambutans. As I picked, I open a few to eat and then it hit me, "Oh no, I started my IF. I can't be eating this, especially sweet fruit!" Anyway, decided to not eat and close one eye to the mistake.
Back home Suze and I not in good spirits and so decided we go eat out as a way to lift our spirits. So ate. Then took out my famiy and we ate. So no IF today. Start again Monday at 2pm.
I guess they call this cheat day. Good news is I couldn't find myself eating a lot and purposely picking my food, looking for meat and vege and eating less carbo.
