An introduction and announcement to every reader

So maybe keeping a record and making it public will make it happen and help me be thin and healthy.

IF stands for the method I have chosen (because it had worked in the past): Intermittent Fasting (more specifically the 16:8 Method, fast 16 hours, from 2pm to 7am, and eat (almost) everything for 8 hours (basically breakfast and lunch))

Seventy Two stands for the desired weight goal that will give me a healthy BMI. 72 kilograms.

I will record daily my effort - successful or failed - what I ate, where and why, struggles, thoughts, lies, excuses etc - whatever in my mind - as I make the effort (or not).

Maybe pictures and stats too.
