Tortoise race

Hi hi hi. It has been some time since I wrote but it is all good (that's why nothing to write). I actually IF from the 1-12 (of Jan) straight! For Saturday and Sunday following I allowed myself dinner with family (especially enjoyed going out with Karen to Desa Ilmu food bazaar to buy food for all of us and then eating and talking together at home). Sunday did my usual weighing - sadly lost several grams but now from 83 to 82.6 (but in the 82 range dah!). Looks like it may be a CRAWL to 72kg and if this is the trend than projection expectation is December 2019 to be 72 kg. Looks like its a health marathon running like the tortoise!

4(a) 4th day

Another day successfully completing IF.

CNY cheat

Last night was CNY dinner with my sister. Gave me self permission to eat. Ended up eating no rice, enjoying lots of vege and selected meat and prawns. But major fil when the cookies and cakes were shared by my sister. Ate one too many. Ha ha ha. Thank God CNY once a year. Today too ate a little more than usual but already on IF again. Looking forward for breakfast tomorrow.
