Hello 70's

Yes! Back to the 70's. Hit 79 kg today. so satisfied.

Learnt new response yesterday. Was very2 hungry and stomach aching with hunger. Heard a YouTube by Dr Berg (?) to listen to your body as to when to stop fasting. You know its time when the hunger is consistent and increasing (pain). So I gave myself permission to eat dinner last night. Surprise, surprise! I actually steered towards healthy eating choices and ended up buying and eating tuna with tomatoes with uncooked oats. Yummy and was very soon feeling full. Whoa!

Also working towards 20 hours of daily fasting. 18 hours is slowly becoming possible and common. Pushing for 20 hours but another change in eating plans and habits will need to be created.
